We inform you that, as a result of the use of the Google Drive tool by Lastlap, your data will be transferred to service providers located outside the European Economic Area, specifically to Google LLC, the data processor for Lastlap, which has been providing cloud data hosting services. In this regard, we inform you that Google LLC has the following guarantees for International Data Transfers:
- USA: Adherence to the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework Decision of July 10, 2023.
- United Kingdom: Adequacy decision by the European Commission on the adequate protection of personal data in the United Kingdom, dated June 28, 2021.
- Switzerland: Adequacy decision by the European Commission 2000/518/EC, dated July 26, 2000.
Additionally, Lastlap has adopted additional technical measures to ensure an adequate level of protection. No additional international data transfers are anticipated.
In the event that other international transfers of your data occur, you will be informed in advance. In this case, the international transfer will be made to recipients in countries that have a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
