Furthermore, we inform you that, in the event that you have registered for any of the events organized by Lastlap through third parties or sponsor websites, or other Lastlap websites created for specific event registration, Lastlap may process your data for the following purposes:

  • Carry out all necessary procedures to enable your participation and/or attendance at the event, as well as to send you information and communications, including by electronic means, regarding the event. Additionally, based on the existing relationship, we may send you communications about events, activities, and similar services, based on the legitimate interest in informing you about services that may be of interest to you. You may freely oppose receiving the commercial communications that we may send you that may be of interest, without affecting the relationship between the parties.
  • If you give us your consent, for capturing images and recording videos through general shots, to disseminate and promote the event through the Lastlap website and social media. Lastlap will not be able to use these images for purposes other than those stated.

What data do we process?

  • Employment details: profession.
  • Economic, financial, and insurance: debit or credit card data.

How do we obtain and where does the data come from?

The personal data that we process has been provided to us by you. We may also have obtained your data from third parties (such as El Corte Inglés), with whom you have arranged your participation in the event.

In the event that we have obtained your data through third parties such as the above, they declare that they have the consent of the interested parties and undertake to pass on the information contained in this Policy, exempting Lastlap from any liability for failure to comply with this obligation.

The legal bases that legitimize the processing of your personal data are:

  • Consent to capture your image through close-ups, for the purpose of disseminating and promoting the event through the Lastlap website and social media.

Who has access to the data?

We inform you that your personal data may be communicated to the entities listed below to manage the contractual relationship and administrative management of Lastlap:

  • Public Administration with relevant authority.
  • State Security Forces and Bodies.

Will the personal data be transferred internationally?

We inform you that, as a result of the use of the Google Drive tool by Lastlap, your data will be transferred to service providers located outside the European Economic Area, specifically to Google LLC, the data processor for Lastlap, which has been providing cloud data hosting services. In this regard, we inform you that Google LLC has the following guarantees for International Data Transfers:

  • USA: Adherence to the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework Decision of July 10, 2023.
  • United Kingdom: Adequacy decision by the European Commission on the adequate protection of personal data in the United Kingdom, dated June 28, 2021.
  • Switzerland: Adequacy decision by the European Commission 2000/518/EC, dated July 26, 2000.

Additionally, Lastlap has adopted additional technical measures to ensure an adequate level of protection. No additional international data transfers are anticipated.

In the event that other international transfers of your data occur, you will be informed in advance. In this case, the international transfer will be made to recipients in countries that have a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union. If some of these recipients are located in third countries for which there is no adequacy decision from the European Commission, nor do they provide adequate safeguards that ensure an adequate level of protection, Lastlap will ensure the protection of your data by signing the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long will we keep the data?

We inform you that the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were initially collected (indicated in point 2 of this Privacy Policy), during the periods established by the applicable legislation in your case, during the periods established to attend to possible claims arising from the processing and, as long as the consent granted is not revoked.
